A Note From Kisha

Hi, I’m Kisha. I became a mother for the first time at the age of 27.

When I found out I was pregnant, I was overwhelmed with joy — but soon after, I started to feel anxious. How would I handle it when my baby cries? Or when they misbehave?

What made me even more unsure were the comments from people around me: “Just wait until they cry in the supermarket!” or “You'll struggle when you try to take something away from them!”

I started searching online and came across so many articles — some helpful, some not so much — but I could never remember where I had read that one useful tip.

A Note From Kisha

Since I love reading and writing, I thought: why not create my own platform? A space where I can share what I’m learning, what might help me — and maybe even help other parents like me. And of course, I’d love to learn from their experiences too.

I’m here to share with you everything I’ve discovered — and am still learning — from practical parenting tips to managing children’s behavior at different stages, from parenting strategies to educational activities.

Raising a happy, healthy child takes a lot of effort and a great deal of patience. But by learning how to connect with our children in thoughtful and intentional ways, this journey might just become easier… and more joyful.
